At Scandinavia Ski , we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we're here to help.
Returns
You may return most new, unused items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must:

Be in the same condition that you received it (unused, unwashed, and in original packaging)

Includes all original tags, labels, and accessories

with your order number and reason for return. We will provide return instructions and a shipping address.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the refund approval.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days .
Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to post the refund to your account.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or model, please contact us at support@Scandinavia.com .
We recommend initiating the exchange as soon as possible to ensure product availability.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
We'll arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
